Returns and Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

  3. Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return/exchange is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:
